A 6 Class series of SUP (stand up paddle board) and Yoga when combined and practice in the cold clear waters and scenic beauty of Beaver Lake you will get a fun and healing challenge with lots of laughter!
This class is suitable for anyone from beginners to advance yogis . SUP yoga will enhance your yoga practice overall fitness.
Each class included a SUP board and a personal floatation device, sunrise meditation on the water with an option to go SUPing on your own after class.
