Our Owner, Marty Roenigk was an elite wine collector, but a wine collector who enjoyed sharing with the guests of the Crescent Hotel & Spa. Part of his vision included a wine event that we taste the best.
This Elevated wine tasting allows you to immerse yourself in the world of wine from that collection. With well known names such as Penfolds, Caymus or Mouton Rothchild and surprises like Chateau Latour attendees can savor the flavors and aromas of some of the finest vintages around. Your tasting includes 2 wines that retail between $100 and $300 per bottle.
Your tasting is hosted by our Wine Steward in the elegant Crystal Dining Room and Roenigk Wine Cellar, where you'll get the chance to sample a selection of fine wines paired with a small snack tray.
