Annie Nichols (Sukhbir Kaur) is a KRI Certified Instructor of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®, is registered with the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (IKYTA) and has fulfilled the Yoga Alliance RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) 200-hour requirement.---
Most recently she has fallen in love with the gong and its incredible healing powers. She received her Gong Therapy Certification in Hawaii (Yoga Yoga Austin) from Mehtab Benton, who is affectionately called the “Gongfather” and her certification in Planetary Gong Therapy in Costa Rica from Mehtab who is also one of Yogi Bhajan’s original students. Sukhbir received her Gong Master Practitioner in Chappell Hill, TX.---
Come to one of her classes to experience her sassy humor where everything is sacred, but, she doesn’t take herself too seriously. She will introduce you to GUS (Great Universal Spirit) her Gong, and you will enjoy a deep relaxation and gong bath after an internal and external workout. She hopes to see you in class!
