Celebrate Valentine’s Day Weekend with the 1st Annual Sweet Indulgence, an interactive dessert experience set in the elegant Crystal Ballroom at the Crescent Hotel on February 15.
Guests will enjoy three live dessert and beverage demonstrations led by the Crescent Hotel’s culinary and bar leadership. The afternoon begins with a stunning vintage-style, three-tier cake decorating showcase presented by Pastry Chef Jordan Gresham. Attendees will then rotate through a decadent Crêpes Suzette demonstration with a fresh berry twist with Executive Chef Steve Barton and finally, a featured champagne or sparkling cocktail presentation (TBD) led by Beverage Manager Jared Martin.
After each demonstration, guests can indulge in a flowing chocolate fountain and plated cake tastings before lining up for the highly anticipated Sweets Dash. During the dash, participants race to fill their sweets box with as many desserts as possible—as long as the box closes—making it the ultimate finale to an already indulgent afternoon.
