We are thrilled to try the 2004 Diamond Creek Volcanic Hill Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2005 Vintage was the favorite so far during our weekly tasting so this week will be a treat. This 100% vineyard designated Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the best produced. 

A tasting of the Best - Limited to 8 Guests

Our Owner, Marty Roenigk was an elite wine collector, but a wine collector who enjoyed sharing with the guests of the Crescent Hotel & Spa.  Part of his vision included a weekly wine event that we taste the best.

This paid tasting allows you to immerse yourself in the world of wine from that collection.  With well known names such as Penfolds, Opus or Mouton Rothchild and surprises like Chateau Latour attendees can savor the flavors and aromas of some of the finest vintages around. Your tasting includes 3 wines that retail between $100 and $300 per bottle. 

Your tasting is hosted by our Wine Steward in the elegant Crystal Dining Room and Roenigk Wine Cellar, where you'll get the chance to sample a selection of fine wines paired with a small snack tray.

Brian Van Sickle, former Wine Buyer for the Rutherford Grill restaurant in Napa Valley California, shares his insights while working directly with wine industry professionals, viticulture experts and wine makers.
