We invite you to join us in an evening of culinary delight at the Chef's Table! Limited seating.

Executive Chef Steve Barton will prepare a 5 course Wine Dinner to be presented by Maitre D’ Brian Renfro.  Expertly prepared cuisine will be paired with hand selected wines and to accentuate flavors planned in each course.

    Menu: ROASTED CAULIFLOWER SOUP A buttery emulsion of oven roasted vegetables

  PAN SEARED SEA SCALLOP  With cilantro gremolata and black bean puree

TABOULI-SALAD Parsley, tomato and cracked wheat dressed with olive oil and lemon juice

  CHILE GLAZED DUCK BREAST & SWEET POTATO GNOCCHI  Rosemary butter and fried shitake mushrooms

  MOCHA POT DE CREME  Coffee and chocolate custard with amaretto cream
